Based in Nairobi, Nicolas Guillaume Limited provides service that is designed to assist clients with a modern outlook of themselves.
Nicolas Guillaume Limited’s primary goal is to help new companies improve. We take a holistic view of an organization, determine its roots, and help owners and management establish a way forward to improve and reinvigorate thriving, middling, or struggling businesses.
One of the biggest challenges new businesses face is a lack of resources with which to establish or grow. At Nicolas Guillaume Limited, we recognize that such challenges exist. We assist clients to build upon what they already have to attract whatever is missing. Our belief is that each idea, every success, and any challenge an organization faces can be exploited, achieved, and resolved by recalling its roots - and used to harness its fortunes. We help companies identify these beginnings and set themselves up for the future.
This is our mission:
"
Through an analytic and systemic examination of each client
business, we familiarize ourselves with the roots of the organization, and provide advice and tools to help our client’s chart achievable results for the future.
"
"You cannot train alone and expect to run a fast time. There is a formula: 100% of me is nothing compared to 1% of the whole team. And that’s teamwork. That’s what I value." – Eliud Kipchoge
